Delete your account and data

Launch — the alarm and morning-routine app, published by Launch App

This page is how you request deletion of your Launch account and everything stored with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Launch is local-first. If you never created an account, we hold nothing about you — your alarms, routines and morning history only ever existed on your device, and deleting the app removes them.

1. How to request deletion

Use whichever route fits how you signed up. All three delete the same things.

Option A — in the app (fastest, and the only route that can also erase the copy on your phone)

  1. Open Launch on your device.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Choose whether to keep or erase the data stored on that device.
  5. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.

Your account and all synced data are deleted immediately.

Option B — on this page (accounts created with an email address and password)

  1. Enter the email address and password for your Launch account in the form below.
  2. Type DELETE to confirm.
  3. Press Permanently delete my account.

Your account and all synced data are deleted immediately. Data already stored on your phone is not affected by this route — delete the app, or use Option A, to remove that too.

Option C — by email (Apple or Google sign-in, or no longer have the app)

  1. Email support@launchalarm.app from the email address on your Launch account.
  2. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject line.
  3. We confirm you control that address, delete the account, and email you when it is done — within 30 days, and normally within a few business days.

2. Delete now (email and password accounts)

Self-service deletion on this page is not available yet. Email support@launchalarm.app from your account address and we will delete your account within 30 days, or delete it instantly in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.

4. Subscriptions are separate

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store or Google Play, and must be cancelled there: iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android — Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel before you delete your account, or you will keep being charged.
